Apple watch local time is wrong vs iPhone

Hi,

I have an Apple Watch Series 6 with an iPhone X with both latest operating systems.

The apple Watch is correctly paired with the iPhone.

Being currently in morocco, I am in the Rabat timezone, though, my iPhone shows the legal hour like 7PM and the apple watch shows the Timezone hours 8PM.

How can we make the Apple Watch have a coherent time with the iPhone? Because right now there is always a 1h discrepency between both.
