Apps are not updating on some devices.

I am having some issues with apps not updating when they are pushed out via my MDM, which is Jamf School.

I am finding that for say, 200 iPads, 170 might update the version of an app, but there will still be a number of iPads that don't update and still show the previous version of the app. When I try to push the update out manually via the MDM, there is no change, the devices don't update.

I am leaning towards sketchy Wi-Fi, but I would like to check if anyone else has come across this problem before I start any other form of troubleshooting.

Any suggestions, much appreciated.
