Warranty coverage/ cost
Would pancake batter in microphones be covered under warranty since it isn’t liquid. Some of it dried up and is making the sound a bit weird. If it isn’t cover how much realistically would it cost to fix.

The only things covered by the regular warranty are manufacturing errors.
As for the pancake batter, if it tripped the liquid indicators then you might have a hard time convincing Apple it wasn't liquid.
