I just bought a new Macbook and set up my Mail, but I can't find several mailbox folders. Is there a way to search? I know they are still there because if I search for an email I know is in one of the mailboxes, it pops up.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2
Make sure they are not hidden.
Launch Mail app.
Show sidebar.
Move mouse pointer to the far right of “Favorites”.
A forward pointing arrow tip (Show) will appear.
Click it. Arrow (chevron) will turn downward showing mail boxes.

If the problem persists, you may need to rebuild a mailbox.

Yes, I did that. I have 5 different email addresses going to Mac Mail. The mailbox I'm missing used to be "On My Mac" with a bunch of folders within it. All of my other emails and corresponding folders are there except that one.
