Okay so I bought this iPhone 8 Plus from a friend an it has an activation lock an I can’t get into it, I already bought service an all for it.. is there any way I could get help ?

Click on link above your post for help. Is your friend the original owner of iPhone? Your friend can temotely remove it from their iCloud account. Whoever the "activation lock" belongs to, is the only person can remove it.
