CD Text Information Is Jumbled When Burning A Playlist To A CD
When burning a playlist in iTunes to a CD, it jumbles the artists and songs, placing the wrong artist with the wrong songs on the disc. How can this be rectified?

Hi there CK610,
Let's team up and take a closer look together to help get your burned CDs to show the correct content for your songs.
We look forward to hearing back from you about these details. Have a good one!
i_rina thanks for your reply, but I'm way past what you've suggested. This has been a problem since as early as 2012. A number of people have complained about this very issue in iTunes forums over the years. I suggest that iTunes technical support really look into this issue and resolve it, finally. The issue only happens when burning a playlist to a CD in iTunes using the "Audio CD" option. When using this option, all of the CD text is jumbled. For example, all of the artist names will appear on different songs which are not their own. For instance, I'm burning Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" James Brown's "Cold Sweat" and Phil Collin's "Sususido" in that order to a CD using the "Audio CD" option. If the CD is played in any other CD player, the songs will play in the order they were burned. However, the text will display, "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by James Brown and "Cold Sweat" by either Aerosmith or Phil Collins, etc. What's ironic, is if you burn the same playlist using the "Data CD/DVD" option, all of the text shows up perfectly. Please resolve this issue with the "Audio CD" option.
Hello CK610,
As this has been occurring for years, along with already trying the steps that were asked in the last message, we recommend continuing with Apple Support at this time.
They'll best be able to work with you going forward. You can reach them here: Get Support
Take care.
