What are the most important settings to preset for Logic Pro?

Hey there,

Sample Rate is very important. Make sure that your interface and Logic have the same setting. Most interfaces do this automatically but some do not so you really want to make sure that these "work together".

I would also spend time in Preferences and Project settings to get familiar with the landscape.

There is a ton more to add but this is a great place to start.
