Website Connection Issue After OS Update
I am attempting to use PACER, which is the federal court database. On Monday, I upgraded my Mac to MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3. Immediately after doing so, I was unable to use PACER. When I log in, I can do a search, but when I click on a case, I get a message saying Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. I also tried Firefox but got a message saying the secure connection failed. I've posted screenshots of both messages below. This is the first time I've ever had any issue. I use Qustodio, which is uses a VPN. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I really need to access PACER for my job, and I don't have an IT expert. Any help would be appreciated!
