How do I permanently delete Amazon from my iPhone?

It keeps updating and I tried deleting it from my app Library and still stays on my phone. I'm not allowing anyone track me anymore.

Turn off Screen Time, delete the app and then turn Screen Time back on.

How do you permanently delete apps from your iTunes library Dear Apple, why must I be forced to maintain a purchase history for the past 10 years. Much like a grocery receipt I want the right and control to permanently delete my data from your system. There is NOOOOO justification for denying my right to control my data and purchases.

There is another way to delete the app, settings - general - iPhone storage - find the Amazon app, click on it and delete the app.
