even after resetting my phone , tried putting my phone on silent but still , the shutter sound doesn’t off
what can i do

For models from a region (Japan, South Korea) where silencing the camera shutter sound is not permitted, there is no method to overcome that restriction.

You can not mute the shutter sound on devices made for some markets (Japan, for example).
Doesn't matter where it is used only what market it was intended.
Is there a way I could bring it into a repair shop for them to change that?
