Account lock for security reasons

I'm not sure which password you want to recover.

If you forgot your passcode on your iPhone:

If it is you iCloud Password that you forgot, that would most likely be the same as your Apple ID.

(Your Apple ID is used for all sorts of Apple Services like iTunes, App Store, Music, iCloud & etc.)
