I have a silly question about general diagnostic. I have dropped my phone a few too many times and was wondering if there’s been an damage to the internal hardware as a result of it. Is there a way to run any diagnostic to make sure all the parts and hardware are performing as they should?

Apple store with a genius bar may be able to run that kind of advanced diagnostic but I would not worry. They are quite robust. Keep on using it and backup your data weekly at least.
If it has suffered any damage then it is a replacement phone as repairs are not possible for drop damage.
