I have lost all my WhatsApp photos / videos and documents since September 2017 to April 2021 while reinstalling the app.

Hey,


I deleted WhatsApp Tuesday morning then reinstalled it in the evening but there is no media restored.

I deleted it again to try and restore but to no avail (shouldn’t have done this because maybe it was restoring in the background).


I have lost all my WhatsApp photos / videos and documents since September 2017 to 14th April 2021.

The messages are there since 2017 but I have lost all my WhatsApp photos / videos and documents since September 2017 to 14th April 2021.
