Someone hacked my Apple ID

Someone is using my Apple ID on another device. I want to know the name of this person, as he hacked all my apps and social networks, and continues to use my paid subscriptions! For example, VK music. I pay for this subscription, but I can't use it on my device! In the support of VKontakte, I was told that my Apple ID is used by a certain Maria G. How is this possible? I only found out today, maybe my Apple ID has been in use for a few weeks. I changed my password to Apple ID, can this protect me? And another question: I wanted to change the email address for the account, and I specified the email address ***@yandex.ru but I was told that this mail is already used for Apple ID! This is my personal email, and I didn't specify it when using it for the iPhone!

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - https://support.apple.com/HT204169 "This article provides country-specific Apple Support contact information for customers seeking help with their Apple ID password or other security-related issues." Better for directly reporting an issue.

Apple doesn't have a position statement on re-using email addresses but from reports on this forum it is generally understood that if you have recently used an email address with Apple for another purpose such as a rescue email address it cannot be re-used immediately for another purpose.

Welcome to my life....if you think Apple will do ANYTHING to help you, let alone google, Facebook and Instagram, Microsoft....think again.....I been dealing with this cybercrime and cyberstalking for 5 years now....

I have pages of case numbers from Apple....all of them end with “this is not a hardware issue we can’t help you.....” well your failure to protect the systems you run .... ie “the cloud” has enabled and keeps enabling me to be compromised. Take responsibility, Apple, and help track down these guys....I have boxes of evidence.....

Instead, I have had to buy new computers and phones because they are disabled and corrupted, I am on my 12th computer 14th phone (for all my family) I HAVE MINOR CHILDREN in my HOUSE and $10,000 later I can’t get APPLE or Microsoft (who are the main offenders) to quit compromising me!

Woah, easy.

  1. Calm down and log in to your Apple ID.
  2. If your Apple ID Password has changed by hackers, go to https://iforgot.apple.com
