Withdraw to Apple Pay issue - Funds have gone missing

Hi,

I saw this found this question (please see below and wondered if anyone had a similar issue?

I had a modest win on Paddy Power and withdrew £41 via apple pay. The money never turned up in my bank account. Unfortunately I've got rid of my iphone so can't access Apple Wallet.

Any thoughts ideas? Contacted the bank and they can't help.

Withdraw to Apple Pay issue (cant see credit)

Hi

I put 10 pounds in a paddy power account and won some money. Due the money laundering rules the betting app needed to return money to the payment method I used in order to then enable me to release the funds to my bank account. As such i withdrew 68 pounds to apple pay. Now i have no idea where the money is as it is not showing in my apple wallet. (in my apple wallet i can see my debit card for my bank account but no credit associated with it)

I googled to see if i can find out what should have happened and apparently the credit should appear on the right of my card. That said i have also seen that credits to apple pay only work in the US so i am confused and concerned.

I am in the UK and the transaction has gone through according to paddy power so can anyone help point me in the right direction please? I am not sure if i can ring someone about this as everything is online it appears? Please help.
