Maps - Can’t delete pins

I had a collection with over 250 locations/pins. When I deleted the collection, the pins remained on the Map. How do I get them removed?

Unable to delete a marked location in Maps Searching on this issue, I see others have the same problem. Some time ago I marked a location in maps. It shows up like this: I click on it and there are no options to remove it: My guess is that the location is marked as a favorite (there is a star on the icon) but Maps doesn't think it is favorited. Something is out of sync. I can add and remove it from favorites but the marked location remains and I still have no way of deleting it from maps. Any suggestions?

How to find past dropped pins in ios maps I've dropped a ton of pins but now I can't find any of them or a menu for pins or the pins on the map or anything. How do I find pins once I've dropped them.

Pins on Maps Is there a way so save your pins on Maps. I like to 'pin' all the places visited on vacation. It is possible with Google Maps, but I don't want to use Google (Maps). Are there other possibilities? Thank you for your suggestions!
