I've heard of a recall for iphone 7 with a common problem of not being able to make or receive phone calls any longer. There seems to be a disconnect from the speaker and the audio not allowing me to hear through the phone, have sound in my videos, use voice text or make facetime calls. Can my phone be fixed or replaced by apple?

Thanks. There isn’t a recall or repair program for that issue. That’s a IC audio chip issue from impacts/hits/drops over time and would be an out of warranty repair/replacement by Apple for a cost. https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service

Or are you having a greyed out Speaker on calls, no sound/can’t record in voice memos?
The latter, greyed out speaker on calls with no sound. Calls fail when other person tries to answer.
