iCloud to phone

If I have a new iPhone and I did not transfer my data, photos etc from iCloud upon setting up my new phone, can I do it later and pull photos from iCloud onto my phone?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Yes, as soon as you turn on an iCloud feature it will automatically sync.
