I've never had any issues using Hey Siri while music is playing. I've been doing it for years, and now suddenly it won't work while music is playing. I can't figure out what happened or how to fix this.

Does the microphone work for any app or when talking on the phone? Have you tried restarting your iPhone yet?

It does the same thing with or without earphones. I’ve tried all the steps and instructions I’ve been able to find. For some reason my microphone isn’t working when I’m listening to music or watching videos. I have iOS14.4.2
