apple logo stuck

My iPhone 11 just randomly turned off and the apple logo has been on the screen for 30 minutes. The "restore" screen came on and I tried plugging it into my laptop and pressing the volume buttons then holding the side button, but it's still stuck in an endless loop. It goes black and then back to the apple logo. I am not sure what to do, and I don't want to erase my iPhone accidentally.
