Keyboard layer for pinyin not work in Big Sur

Try French instead of ABC AZERTY.

Or add another keyboard and see if it works via the "last used latin keyboard" option (which should appear if you have more keyboards active)

Could you explain what you mean by "doesn't work"? Do you that when you type zo for example you get wo instead?
