Firefox handoff from MacBook to iPhone not working

I have the MacBook Air m1 running big sur 11.2.3. I also have Firefox running the latest version. Handoff between my iPhone to Mac works perfectly fine, however, it does not work there other way around. Chrome and safari, both running their latest versions on my MacBook and iPhone, in terms of handoff from iPhone to MacBook and the other way around work completely fine. Is this normal and if it’s not is their a possible way to fix this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Hello dripz_XD! Since Handoff is working without issue with Safari and Chrome, it sounds like it might be an issue with Firefox itself. We'd recommend connecting with the developer to see if they have any suggestions: How to contact an app developer

We understand that Handoff isn't working from your Mac to your iPhone, but it works from your iPhone to your Mac. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

First, let's make sure all the requirements are met for setting up Handoff. The following resource can help with that: Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices

If needed, you can see the Continuity system requirements, which your devices will need to meet, for Handoff to work as expected: System requirements for Continuity on Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch

All the requirements meet. The thing is that, this problem only happens to fire fox and not other apps such as mail, iMessages, etc.
