Handoff not working after Big Sur update

Handoff is not working anymore after I updated to Big Sur. I tried both directions iPhone -> Mac, Mac -> iPhone, neither of them is working. I've already turned handoff/bluetooth/wifi off and on, restarted the devices, logged out and back in iCloud. Has anyone else faced this and managed to fix it? 10x!

Well, it's working fine on my 2009 iMac Big Sur and my iPhone 11 Pro iOS 14.4.

After all you've tried, all I could recommend is:

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
