MacBook Pro is Slow

I received the latest MacBook Pro and it is running slowly.

App Store won’t open

safari won’t load

when trying to sign in to iCloud I’m prompted with, “failure to connect with iCloud server”

it is extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience this, given the amount of money spent on this devise.

I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Go step by step and test.

1. Restart the router.

2. Deselect Proxies, if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced  > Proxies Tab

Unlock the lock if you have to.

Under "Select  a protocol…”, uncheck any box if check-marked.

   Click "OK” then  "Apply”.
