Im seeking for an assistance regarding the battery status of my device. After updating, battery icon is no longer showing on the status bar. I tried to research and follow instructions such as going to energy saver and tick the option show battery status in menu but it's not tick-able. Current battery charge shows 0% as well. No option in dock for battery.Can anyone help me with this?

Starting with macOS Catalina 10.15.5 introduces battery health management:
