How can I use eFinstockpickUp

I can't use this application from my macbook air as it says because microsoft windows applications are not supported on macOS.

That is Correct - Windows Application are designed to run on Windows Operating System.

It would be like trying to run a Apple Application on a Windows Computer - it just does not work
