iTunes says I'm not authorized to play some of the tracks on an album I bought

I purchased an album from the iTunes store on my PC. When I try to play it says that I am not authorized on my computer for the music but it only does this on some of the tracks. It plays the other tracks without issue. When I attempt to sign in to authorize the tracks it tells me that it has reauthorized my computer, yet the tracks still say they are not authorized.

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
