Disabled payments

My payments keep getting kicked back it’s saying my payments in App Store and iTunes has been disabled. I have all updated information but it’s still not allowing me to use, how can this be reversed?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Hello,

please reference If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store or If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes!
