I have this problem when I sign in to my Apple ID it sends a code to a phone number I no longer have how do I send it to my email

iPhone 8, iOS 14

See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option.

As I think you will be able to change your account's phone number by contacting Apple Customer Supports.
