Thank you so much I have since found out that you can access these videos by a different route on the website and that appears to work so it is a problem with their website. Thank you so much for trying to help. You guys are great.! Not sure what their problem is but I have found a way round it so sorry to have troubled you

Hello No this is the only website that I have had problems with. YouTube works and other videos work but there is a website called thecraftstore.com. and when you go to the tv schedule you can normally watch shows on rewind but ~I get the above message when I try. I never used to.

I have thank you and the company were not aware of the problem so i have left it with them and they send a thank you for telling them what is wrong!! Have a great day
