I cannot get the menu bar to show up on the Mac I just purchased. In full screen, I have tried the esc button to no avail. Can you help?
I have the music in the app from a download and have lost all my playlists. Can I get them back?

When in full screen the top menu bar autohides.
Run your mouse to the top and it will display.
Preferences is here.

I think you are talking about the general menu bar - which I do understand, but this is a question about the "Music" menu bar" and is rooted in trying to create a playlist. I am supposed to be able to go to the "Music" menu bar to create a playlist. I do not have a "Music" menu bar.
You can set an option in General preferences to automatically hide the menu bar; then it’s shown only when you move the pointer to the top of the screen.
