Dual Sim

When there are two phone numbers on one phone, is it possible to toggle off one of the lines and have it go straight to voicemail and even hide the texts? I’d like to protect my personal life and have the capability to totally ignore/not have notifications from a business number, while still receiving my usual notifications and calls on my personal line. I have the iPhone 11 and live in the US- can the 11 have the dual sim? Thanks
