What is the best free link to download LibreOffice 7. I know LibreOfffice Vanilla is in the App Store but at a cost

Libre Office on their website and at the app store are the same version https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-from-microsoft-and-mac-app-stores/ I don't believe there is a "vanilla" version.
If an app is not available in the App Store, then it's a good idea to only download from the developer's website in order to reduce risk of malware.
Thanks I am willing to purchase ( it’s not free but only £18.99 from the App Store) however this is the Vanilla version. I am sure Libre Office from the their website. Anymore advise please from anyone please
