My Iphone doesn't have an apple id connected to it and it says I have to restore it, is there a way I can?

Your phone does not need an Apple ID to restore it.

Your Apple ID would be used everywhere Apple, (Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.) so you may have one already, just not on your iPhone yet.

On the support page below there is info to help you.

Eg: You can log-in to an existing Apple ID account, or create one.
