Hi! I’ve had my laptop closed for a couple of days, when I opened it up it said “your password is required to enable Touch ID” but I can’t remember my password, does anyone know how to trouble shoot this??

If your MacBook Air has not been used for more than a certain period of time then the password is required to enable Touch ID again. You have stated that you cannot remember your password.
