I cannot see a folder data on iCloud drive on a web browser, but I can see it using another apple ID

I use apple ID X to uload a few photos/file to icloud drive, the folder is a shared folder, now Apple ID Y is able to see the photos/files on that folder, but is strange that now apple ID X is trying to open the folder does and it does not show any data is just stuck loading the data.

note that both apple IDs are being opening the data on the same PC to discard PC or any netwwork issues, any idea?
