Text Edit in Big Sur, where do I save styles?

I cannot find the paragraph icon at top left of any text edit page.

Big Sure: increase the font size of open/save dialog boxes Dear All, after updating to Big Sur I noticed the Finder font was too small so I changed it for all the folders from the default size of 12 to 14. It works well when I use Finder directly. However, when saving a file or opening one, the dialog box (still Finder, but invoked by other apps) is still at the default size of 12 which is too small for my eyes. Am I missing something? Big Sur Viewing Fonts After downloading Big Sur and using the Mail app, I am finding that the default viewing font for the app is both too small and requiring bolder lettering to make it more easily readable. I know you can change the font of the messages, but I need help increasing the font of the left side bar. As well, it would be great if the upper tool bar icons could be bigger and bolder too. Thank you.

I rebooted the iMac and for some reason unknown, when I opened the Text Edit document the Paragraph icon reappeared. Thanks for responding.

Is only the paragraph button missing? Or are all of them missing?

If all, use the Format menu to switch to Rich Text.
