iPhone touchscreen won't work after ending a call

Why is my phone screen staying lit up after Call has ended and the touch screen won’t work

Similar questions

touch screen is not working touch screen will not respond. I can receive call, but not make calls. Cannot access camera, apps, nothing that requires touch.

Screen Goes black during call and won’t wake up The Apple iPhone 11 sometimes turns off the screen as soon as I answer a call. The screen goes unresponsive until the other party hangs up the call. I’m unable to do anything during the call including putting the call on speaker.

No this is a new phone. I adjusted something in my notifications and shut down my phone the problem is fixed but I don’t really know how I did it. Thank You
