Hi my touch screen is not working properly, I can not make a call or turn the phone off, I can flick from screen but can not go into any apps, this has happened a few times and normally corrects itself, however today it has been out of use all day, please advise how I might fix it?

Try this If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
