Keeps saying signing into your account when pairing iwatch
It keeps saying.... signing into your account. This may take a few minutes... I’ve been waiting for ages... what can I do next.

That isn't a required step during pairing and you may sign in later too. If you do sign in, make sure to sign in with the same Apple ID you use on your iPhone.
To sign in later, from the Apple Watch app: Tap General > Apple ID, then sign in.
