Mainstage 3.5.1 audio recording terrible after big sur update - not usable anymore

Several previous post on this topic were closed . The issue however is still not solved. MainStage recording is still terrible.

Im at mac os 11.2.3 in the mean time, and MainStage is still recording in mono, and still has glitches. This is very annoying. Now I can not send my audio files of my practice runs to my band members for comments. Please apple fix this!

I will also again submit a feedback from within the MainStage program. Just keep on trying.

I have a late 2013 macbook pro, but in the other posts , also people with new MacBooks were suffering fro this. There is one who flagged is as solved, because when he reverted back to Cataline the issue was gone. However, that is not a solution to me. Just a band aid.
