Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Why is turning on autoplay for purchased TV shows overly complicated?

It seems the Apple TV app on both the Apple TV (hardware), the Phone and a Mac focuses more on selling additional content to us, instead of creating a user friendly experience for their customer. For example if you just bought a whole season of a show attempting to watch it from the "Apple TV Shows App" on the Apple TV (I'm talking about the box plugged into the TV, not the Apple TV app). It seems most user's would assume they could click on something that turns on and off "Autoplay next episode". But no, that doesn't seem to be the case. Apparently we have to use the Apple TV app, and then start the show by selecting the show from our Library and then go to "Watch Now" and add it to the "Up Next" by (Per Apple's instructions) "On the Watch Now screen in the Apple TV app, select an item to see its rating, description, available viewing options, and purchase or rental information." << this is either wrong or out of date, because at the time of writing this question, these steps did not work. But if this is how it did work, WHY make it so many steps?

On a side note, why use the same name for 2 different products? surely someone at Apple would be smart enough to foresee the confusion there? but that's another complaint for another post.
