My Clipper Card disappeared shortly after transfer

I was excited to finally add my Clipper Card to my Apple Wallet. Setup went totally fine, and was notified that the card transferred and that the physical card was not invalid. The card was visible in my wallet, and I even was able to put it on my Apple Watch.

5 minutes later, I went to look at the card in my iPhone Wallet, and it was gone, replaced with a big banner card that read: Clipper. Now in Apple Wallet. 😐

Now, my physical card is no longer active, and the only place my stored value exists is on my Watch, with no way to update it. Clearly a glitch on Apple's side. How do I get it back?
