iPhone 11 doesn’t ring on call
i have purchased iPhone 11 in October 2020 and it’s under warranty. I am facing issue that it doesn’t ring when some one calls. I have done all possible trouble shooting but problems is persisting

If you already performed (to no avail) all the troubleshooting steps (mute switch, Do Not Disturb disabled, and so on), since your device is still covered by warranty, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
