How to remove my apple id from my old iph if I am unable to log in while doing factory reset. Ingive password when asked but it fails to go ahead. My parents have my phone in a different country. If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary.
