Changing Apple Watch name
Why is my Apple Watch name reverting to the original name whenever I change it

You might have to change in a couple of places;
It's usually the first one in the list;
Check the name in the following places;
On the phone,tap on the phone app, then tap on contacts and tap on
YOUR contact name,tap on top right hand corner to edit the name.
On the phone in Settings/general/about
Open the Watch app on the iPhone, then go to General > About. Make
sure your name is listed here
In General, tap on Apple ID to ensure your Apple ID is signed in
In the health app,tap profile picture top right then tap on health
details,check your name here.
