Viable Siri Shortcuts for Homekit

I have a few shortcuts that I'd like to create for home automation, but I'm not sure how, nor if they're even viable. The first is to close the garage door 10 minutes after it was opened. The other is to turn off the a/c when the outside temperature reaches the set cooling temp/turn off the heater when the outside temperature reaches the set heating temp and send a notification. Can anyone tell me if these shortcuts are able to be created and if so, how? Thanks so much!
