Any way to stop iphone 11 updates?

Any way to stop iphone 11 from insisting on a daily basis that i need to update? I have updates turned off but it’s made no difference, every single day “update ready to install” only options are now/later. Choose later then have to cancel from settings. Every single day. I don’t want the update, i don’t want to be dictated to that i have to get it.

Great product but let down by very irritating software, doubt I’ll be buying Apple again.
