iPhone 4s help
I have my moms old iphone 4s from like 10 years ago and she forgot her apple ID and password and I'm trying to activate it but it wont let me because I dont have that information is there anyway to fix my problem?

Without her Apple ID and Password you cannot get into the device. We can't help and Apple won't unless she can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. This link might help her remember...
