iTunes Connect

I'mhaving difficulty logging into iTunes Producer for ebook publishing. I've downloaded and tried twice to access the app, however the error message is that my iTunes Connect account is not recognised. I've been able to log into iTunes Connect however it doesn't do anything. When I try to go to a link to try to create a new iTunes Connect account I get this code:

I'm wondering what the heck is going on. I've tried app-specific passwords with iTunes Producer as well to no avail. All the help text points to creating or signing into iTunes Connect to publish through iTunes Producer, however one has icons that don't work and the other I'm unable to progress past the sign in.

Help required.
